    Launch of the first private TV Channel in France: “Canal Plus”: Strategic consulting for the Havas Group’s executive committee on the creation and launch of Canal Plus: The channel’s launch took place at its historic headquarters on Rue Olivier de Serres in Paris.

    Parfums Christian Dior: Creation of a world premiere to mark the launch of the “Poison” fragrance in Paris: A robotic animation of a giant bottle under the dome of Galeries Lafayette, featuring a light show and music composed in real time by a computer based on the audience’s reactions.

    Client: Ms. Geneviève Guignabaudet, PCD Purchasing Director.

    Arab World Institute in Paris (IMA): Technical Assistance to the Project Owner, providing comprehensive support throughout all phases—from design and consultation to supplier selection, contract award, construction supervision, and technical acceptance—leading up to the inauguration of the Arab World Institute’s automated media library by President Mitterrand on November 30, 1987.

    LVMH Group: Launch of the “Poison” fragrance for the Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) subsidiary

    Privatization of the french first TV Channel “TF1”: Strategic consulting assignment for the construction of the broadcaster’s new headquarters in Boulogne, and definition of production and broadcast technology choices, as part of the public bid process won by the Bouygues Group.

    Bouygues Group: Privatization of the TF1 network under the Léotard Act.

    TLM Private Channel in the city of Lyon: Technical support and turnkey solutions, in partnership with AVS, for the launch of the local channel “Télé Lyon Métropole”.

    Private TV channel “La Cinq”: Design and turnkey delivery of the news archiving system: “Gari” automated robot.

    South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC): Feasibility study on the partial privatization of public broadcasting; in partnership with Capgemini and TF1 Consulting.

    “Radio France” group of state-owned radios: Strategic advisory assignment for President Cavada: Development of a master plan to ensure the safety of Radio France staff through the phased renovation of the “Maison de la Radio,” a historic landmark located on Quai Kennedy in Paris. Assistance with negotiations with institutional and regulatory stakeholders (Paris Police Prefecture, offices of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Communication, Court of Auditors, etc.).
